RETURNS
You have 14 days from the day after your order is delivered (not shipped) to notify us that you’d like to return an item. Once your return is approved, you must return the item(s) to us within the following timeframes:
– UK customers: within 7 days of approval
– International customers: within 14 days of approval
Returns received outside these windows may be refused or issued store credit at our discretion.
To make a return, please use our RETURNS PORTAL. You do not need to email us unless instructed. Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive instructions via email within 3 business days. Please check your spam or junk folder.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
- Tags and hygiene seals intact and unremoved
- Free from damage, including damage caused during handling
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund. Return shipping costs are currently the responsibility of the customer, but we are working to improve this process.
Any return received without a prior request will be rejected and sent back.
We reserve the right to refuse returns we believe to be fraudulent, abusive, or malicious in intent. If multiple returns are made in a short period, we may limit or reject future returns. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
STORE CREDIT & GIFT CARDS
Store credits and digital gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. They can be used across the site and split across multiple purchases during their validity.
Returns for items bought with gift cards or store credits will be refunded back to the original voucher. Expiry dates will not reset or extend after a return.
PRE ORDERS
Pre ordered items are eligible for cancellation and a full refund within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you wish to cancel your pre order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to arrange a refund.
BUNDLES
When returning bundle purchases, all items within the bundle must be returned to qualify for a full refund. Partial returns may result in deductions equivalent to the full price of items retained. Refunds for bundle returns made within the 14-day statutory period will be issued to the original payment method.
FREE ITEMS/BOGOF
If your purchase included a free item (e.g., Buy One Get One Free promotions), all items, including the free item, must be returned to receive a full refund. Failure to return the free item may result in a deduction from your refund equivalent to the item's value.
SALE, FINAL SALE + SAMPLE SALE
All items purchased online, including those on sale or marked as 'final sale' or 'sample sale', are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet our return conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
REJECTED + REFUSED DELIVERIES
Packages which are refused and sent back to us for any reason including unpaid taxes and failed delivery will incur a return shipping fee and/or taxes and restocking fees which will be deductible from your refund or store credit.
