What kind of events do you cater to?

We cover corporate offices, brand activations, store launches, wellness events, private parties, and pop-ups. If your event needs a clean, elevated beverage experience we can adapt to it.

Are your drinks suitable for guests with dietary requirements?

Absolutely. Our matcha drinks are vegan-friendly and halal.

Do you offer dairy-free and sugar-free options?

Yes. Oat milk is our default, and we also offer sugar-free, and low-sweetness options. Your drinks menu can be customised to suit your guests.

How many drinks can you serve per hour?

On average, our team serves 50–70 drinks per hour, depending on the menu and event flow. For larger guest numbers, we can add additional staff or equipment.

Do you need access to electricity or water on site?

A standard power outlet is ideal. We only require 2x 13-amp sockets and easy access to the event space. If your event is upstairs, an elevator is needed for equipment transport. We bring our own water supply and can be fully self-sufficient for outdoor or venue-limited spaces. Our setup is quick, we’re ready to serve within 30 minutes from arrival.

How much space do you need to set up?

A minimum area of 2m x 2m is ideal for the bar, equipment, and staff. We can adjust the layout to suit smaller or unconventional spaces — just let us know the venue details.

Pricing is based on guest count, service hours, and your chosen menu. We offer per-head packages, unlimited service packages, and cash-bar options depending on the style of your event. If you would like to work with us, you can get in touch for a free quote.

Can the matcha bar be branded for my event?

Yes. We offer light branding options including custom menu boards, branded cans, and onsite content capture. For larger activations, we can collaborate on full customisation.
