We currently ship to the U.K and the channel islands. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our customer support through 'contact us' and we can try and help.

We pack our orders fast, so please get in touch ASAP if you'd like to cancel your order.

If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel and refund you the full amount. Please contact hello@budmuva.com with your order number and wait 72 hours for a response.

Please note: we cannot guarantee modifications before dispatch.

You can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging.

Please note, returns are not free - you pay for shipping back to us and a £5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
